1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using NovaTalk you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age. See our Safety Center for more information.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Transmit, share, or solicit sexually explicit content involving minors (CSAM) — a criminal offence that will be reported to law enforcement immediately
- Harass, threaten, stalk, or intimidate other users
- Transmit hate speech targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability
- Non-consensually record or screenshot video sessions
- Distribute malware, phishing links, or other malicious content
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Use automated bots, scripts, or tools to connect to the service
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt NovaTalk's infrastructure
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law
4. User Content and Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all content you transmit through NovaTalk. NovaTalk acts as a passive conduit and does not pre-screen content.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOVATALK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
7. Privacy
Your use of NovaTalk is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent changes.
