1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NovaTalk ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NovaTalk / AJ APPLICATIONS.

2. Age Requirement

NovaTalk is intended solely for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using this Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to terminate your access if we have reason to believe you are under 18.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use NovaTalk only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must NOT:

• Engage in or facilitate illegal activities of any kind
• Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Share, solicit, or discuss child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — this is a criminal offense and will be reported to authorities
• Share non-consensual intimate images or "revenge porn"
• Use the platform to recruit for, fund, or promote terrorism or extremist ideologies
• Impersonate any person, entity, or organization
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overwhelm our infrastructure
• Scrape, mine, or otherwise collect data from NovaTalk in automated ways
• Use bots or automated scripts to interact with the Service
• Share personal information of third parties without their consent

4. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content you share on NovaTalk. NovaTalk acts as a passive conduit and does not moderate or review conversations in real time. However, we reserve the right to take action if we receive credible reports of violations.

Because chats are not stored, NovaTalk cannot provide logs of past conversations to anyone, including law enforcement, except in cases where we have been legally compelled and have the data (e.g., IP addresses in server logs).

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

NovaTalk is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Use the Service at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NovaTalk and AJ APPLICATIONS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: psychological harm from conversations with strangers, data loss, device damage, or any interactions with other users.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to block or restrict access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including suspected violations of these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of NovaTalk shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of jurisdiction.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
